Privacy Policy

This policy is for Stitch2Stream services, including lilvr.com (Lil VR), stitch2stream.com, the Lil Earth Quest app, Lil Eye, and Lil Stitcher. In this policy, “we” and “us” means Stitch2Stream, operated by Alex Scott in New Brunswick, Canada.

It is written in plain language. It is not legal advice, and it does not claim certifications or rights we have not implemented.

What we collect

Account data: email, username, password hash, plan, credit balance, and related billing status when you create an account.
Livestream metadata: stream title and similar listing fields, viewer counts, relay/session identifiers, and optional GPS pin location when you choose to share it on the globe.
Social and alerts: follows, device push tokens if you enable notifications, and optional nearby-live location you send for alerts.
Stream Dating (optional, 18+): if you use that feature, profile fields you submit (including date of birth for age checks), photos or short clips you upload, likes/passes, and session metadata.
Device and app data: app or client version, network-mode choices stored on the device, and basic request logs (such as IP address and user agent) from hosting.
Support reports: whatever you type into Help / report forms, plus the contact details you include.
Purchases: Stripe handles card payments on the web; we do not store full card numbers. Apple In-App Purchase transaction IDs are verified server-side. We do not store your Apple ID password.

What stays on your device

Stream Savor / Stream Shot clips and stills are saved in on-device browser storage (IndexedDB) on that device. We do not upload those recordings as part of the product. If you use the in-browser convert or share tools, the file still starts from your device; sharing is something you choose.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and local storage to run the product, not to sell ads:

Sign-in tokens and remembered email/username if you ask us to remember you.
UI preferences (for example globe or workspace settings on that browser).
Spotify OAuth cookies if you connect Spotify for in-stream listening.
An Apple Music connected flag in local storage if you connect Apple Music.

You can clear cookies and site data in your browser or headset. That will sign you out of this device.

How we use data

Authenticate you and sync entitlements across Lil Eye, Lil Stitcher, Lil Earth, and lilvr.com.
Run livestreams, globe pins, billing, and credits.
Send optional push alerts you enable (for example someone you follow going live).
Respond to support requests and keep the service working.

Third parties

We use other companies to operate the service. They only get what they need to do that job:

Hosting and database: Vercel (websites and APIs) and MongoDB Atlas.
Livestream relay: our relay host (currently Hetzner) carries live media while you stream or watch.
Payments: Stripe on the web; Apple App Store for iOS purchases.
Spotify: OAuth if you connect Spotify. Spotify then processes that connection under its own policy.
Apple Music: MusicKit / Apple sign-in if you connect Apple Music, under Apple’s policy.
Meta / Horizon: Lil Earth is distributed on Meta Quest / Horizon. Meta may collect platform data under Meta’s policies. We do not run a separate Meta login on lilvr.com. If you use Meta share sheets or Facebook share links, that happens on Meta’s sites.
Email: transactional mail (for example password reset) through our email provider.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use a third-party advertising pixel on these pages.

Canada / New Brunswick

Stitch2Stream is operated from New Brunswick, Canada. Canadian privacy law (including PIPEDA) may apply. Servers and vendors may be in other countries, including the United States, so your data can be processed outside Canada when those vendors run the service.

Retention and deletion

You can delete your account at stitch2stream.com/account/delete. We remove or anonymize account data when you delete, except records we must keep (for example some payment records) or data still on a device you control (such as Stream Savor clips until you clear site data).

Children

These services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Stream Dating is 18+ only.
